Milestones

1983

EOTO was established to handle the needs of 5 children from Sion Municipal School.

1986

EOTO spread its activities to schools in Andheri, Ghatkopar and Vile Parle.

1988

EOTO began its first centre outside of Mumbai, in Bengaluru.

1993

EOTO incorporated Vocational Guidance and Training as a part of our programme.

1996

EOTO commenced the Ex-Students Association.

1999

EOTO received tremendous financial support from Kaivalya Mandiram Trust for the betterment of its program.

2002

Corporate Houses extended their support to the programme.

2004

EOTO started its Rural Outreach Programme in schools of Palghar.

2008

EOTO installed a Mobile Library in a school at Palghar.

2010

Pranita Dherange (Sion) secured 93% in the SSC exam of 2010 and stood first among the girl students in municipal schools.

2011

Umesh Jogale (Ghatkopar) stood 4th among all BMC students by scoring 90.73% in the SSC exam of 2011.

2012

EOTO got its ISO 9001:2008 certifications.

2013

Chaitali Kalwankar (Ghatkopar) topped among the girl students in municipal schools in the SSC exam of 2013. 17 students distinguished themselves by scoring above 75% in the same year leading to a 7% rise in the number of children who achieved distinction.

2014

31 students received distinction in the SSC exam held in march 2014.

2016

ISO 9001:2015 certified organization.

2018

Started our projects at NMMC ( Navi Mumbai municipal corporation) and VVMC( Vasai Virar municipal corporation) locations

2019

Rescued a girl child from trafficking. Rescued a boy from sexual abuse by a neighbor. Rescued a boy from mental harassment. 100% passing result in 14 schools.

2020

Successfully implemented COVID'19 relief project. Distributed food kits, notebooks, masks to needy children families. Done sanitation of all the schools.
